Conference Control Keys

To assist when hosting your conference, you are able to access a number of features via your telephone keypad, as detailed below:

Chairperson Commands

	Main Menu List This gives the Chairperson access to a range of functions which can be used to enhance his/her conference. Simply listen to the prompts given and enter the relevant codes to access the service.
	Mute/Un-mute all toggle Entering *5 during the call will immediately mute all Participants. Often referred to as lecture mode, this enables the Chairperson to deliver his/her message uninterrupted and unhindered by background noise. Pressing *5 again will un-mute all Participants.
	Conference Lock/Conference Unlock Toggle Once the Chairperson is happy that all Participants have joined the call, he/she can lock the conference door thereby ensuring that no additional callers can access the conference. Entering *7 while the conference is locked immediately unlocks the conference door.
	Roll Call Entering *8 announces the names of all Participants currently on the call to the Chairperson only.
Participant Commands The Chairperson may wish to inform Participants of the following commands:

	Mute/un-mute your own line toggle Participants are able to mute/un-mute their own lines (to remove unwanted background noise from the conference for example) simply by entering *6.
