Once your account is activated,
you will receive a dedicated dial-in number and
a set of pass-codes. The Participant pass-code
should be issued to those individuals whom you
wish to invite to your conference. You should
retain the Chairperson pass-code since this will
give you access to a number of features which
will assist when conducting your conference. |

When the time of your meeting arrives, everyone
dials the dedicated dial-in number and enters
their pass-code, followed by the # key. |

If the Chairperson has not yet joined the call,
all Participants will hear music-on-hold until
the Chairperson enters the meeting, at which point,
all lines will be activated and the meeting will
start. |

As new callers enter the meeting, you will either
hear a tone or a name announcement to signal that
they have joined the meeting. |

To exit the meeting at the end of the conference,
Participants simply hang-up. |
