Address book
This allows you to build your own online contact list available via the control panel. This can be accessed anywhere in the world useful for sending online invitations to conferences, or general use. You can store the following details:

• Name
• Email Address
• Telephone Number
• Mobile Number

Invitations
The chair person can invite users to the conference via email or SMS. The participants have to be listed in the address book prior to the invitations being sent. The email or SMS contains the following details:

• Chair person name
• Number to dial
• Participant PIN number
• Time and date to call

Online GUI Interface
This allows you to view all your participants in real time. Using this you can:

- Mute / Unmute all users
- Mute / Unmute particular users
- Conduct a roll call
- Lock / Unlock the conference room

Data Presenter
This allows you to upload an online presentation. All participants can view this presentation by logging into their own control panel. The speed at which clides are shown is controlled by the chair person. The PowerPoint presentations are converted into Flash to ensure all users can view them easily without installing PowerPoint on their computer.

Chairperson Greeting
The chairperson is prompted to record a greeting upon entering the conference which is then subsequently played to all participants upon joining the call.

Participant Name Record
Callers to the conference are asked to record their name enabling the Chairperson to request a roll-call which will identify each caller present by name.

Participant Name Announce
As Callers join the conference, each will be announced into the meeting by name.

First Caller Message
This informs the first person to join, that they are the first and will have to wait for the other participants to arrive.

Quick Conference
The conference starts as soon as the second participant joins the call. Ideal for meetings where discussions may start before a Chairperson activates the conference.

Lecture Mode
This allows the chairperson to speak uninterupted. All participants are muted when this function is enabled.

Chair Disconnect
This will disconnect all participants once the chairperson has left.
