901 and 902 numbers are used mostly by businesses to encourage you to call them and to allow them to operate nationally without the need for local numbers in each area. Elotek can supply and divert 902 numbers to almost anywhere in the world, including to VOIP and SIP numbers.

The client pays the full cost of these calls which is the same as the standard rate for a national call using Telefónica. This allows your offices to be located anywhere in Spain and should you wish to change your location, your allocated 902 number can be moved with you.

Why use one of these numbers in Spain?

The major differences between one of these numbers and a normal fixed line telephone number is that they are not associated with a local telephone exchange and therefore they are very flexible. A company (or individual) can "divert" one of these phone numbers to a telephone number in almost any location. This telephone number does not even have to be in Spain, and could be in one of as many as 40 countries worldwide. For international diverts there is a small per minute charge.

902 numbers can be issued to companies as well as private citizens.
