How does it work?

All you need to do is ensure that your mobile handset is unlocked and then simply switch your UK SIM card for your new Spanish SIM card on arrival.

The spanish SIM card works on a Pay-As-You-Go basis, therefore when your credit runs low all you need to do is purchase additional sim card credit in 1000's of retail outlets nationwide. However if you chose to use the Spanish free phone option then you only need enough credit on your SIM to keep the phone live.

1 Local Access

To make a call Dial 968 970 688 from your phone, the cost of calling this number will be deducted from your phone credit. You will then receive a message advising you of the credit reamining on your account with us and an invitation to dial the number you wish to reach. Enter the number and wait for the connection to be made, you don't need to dial the send button again. For consecutive calls,you do not need to hang up the call to the access number, just press the hash key on your mobile twice and dial the new destination, this will save you the connection charge of your mobile provider

2 Free Phone Access

To make a call Dial 900 900 900 from your phone, (you can call this number even if you only have a couple of cents credit on your phone) you will then receive a message advising you of the credit reamining on your account with us and an invitation to dial the number you wish to reach. Enter the number and wait for the connection to be made, you don't need to dial the send button again.For consecutive calls,you do not need to hang up the call to the access number, just press the hash key on your mobile twice and dial the new destination, this will save you the connection charge of your mobile provider.
