1074 SERVICE

There are no joining fees or connection charges - you simply pay for the calls that you make. Fully itemised bill showing detailed calls and line rental is available securely on-line any time, or we can post it to you every quarterly Once the service is activated, you only dial our prefix 1074 followed by the number you want to reach. There are two 1074 service's one pre-paid and one Post Paid. Call charges on the Pre-Paid service are cheaper.

All you need to enjoy our low cost calls service is a land line provided by Telefónica. If you do not have a landline, please call us and we will arrange one for you

HOW TO GET CONNECTED

Simply click the Apply Online button on left hand side, or call us to sign up over the phone.

HOW TO PAY US

Pre-Payment - Fill in your credit card details in the Apply Online form and state the amount you wish to pay in advance. Afterwards, you can simply top up your account by phone as you need.

Post-Payment - Fill in your bank account details in the Apply Online form, or, alternatively, your credit card details. The billed amount for the previous month will be charged within the first 7 days of the following month by direct debit to your bank account or by credit card charge.

HOW TO USE THE SERVICE

Once the service is activated on your landline, just dial 1074, followed by the telephone number you require, including all codes, for example:

-To call the UK dial 1074 00 44 and the phone or mobile number you want to reach.
-To call within Spain dial 1074 and the phone number you want to reach.
-To call spanish mobiles dial 1074 and the mobile number you want to reach.

To end the call just hang up the phone.

NO PREFIX DIALING: PRE-SELECTION

Elotek also offers the Pre-Selection feature to make calls without the need to dial the any prefix. Once you receive our confirmation, all you have to do is dial the destination number direct. For this you will need to request Pre-Selection by calling us or mentioning it in the sign-up form and then we will send you by post or fax a printed form to be signed and returned to us.

Once we receive it, the Pre-Selection takes between 2 and 3 weeks to be activated. A member of our Customer Support team will call you to confirm that the Pre-Selection is activated, however, if in doubt you can call us to see how your petition is progressing. Do not forget that until activation is confirmed by us, you need to make sure to use the pre-fix 1074 to take advantage of our low cost calls.
