
NO PREFIX DIALING: PRE-SELECTION
Carrier Pre-Selection (CPS) enables you to achieve significantly
lower costs for all your outbound calls without the need to change
your existing telephone numbers or install any additional hardware.
By signing up to switch to CPS, a small change is made on your phone
line by telefonica at your local exchange. Calls will be routed
through a number of Tier 1 providers automatically at your exchange.
By using
multiple Tier 1 providers we can ensure you get the cheapest call
rates, without compromising on quality.
At no point is there disruption
to your line and telefonica still own and run your line, unless
you have taken the Elotek Line Rentel oppshion. Whilst using the
phone
in the normal way you will never be aware of these
changes.
At the end of every month, your phone call records are available
on line, or can be sent to you quarterly
Moving your phone bill across to us is free to do, and hassle free
Payment will be taken monthly via Direct Debit and all billing is
securely made available online for easy viewing.
CPS is bringing real competition to the telephone marketplace and
has already been described by the industry’s press as “the
biggest, most important single event to hit the Spanish voice market
since deregulation.
Pre-Selection takes between 2 and 3 weeks
to be activated. A member of our Customer Support team will call
you to confirm that the Pre-Selection is activated, however, if
in doubt you can call us to see how your petition is progressing.
Do
not forget that until activation is confirmed by us, you need to
make sure to use the pre-fix 1074 to take advantage of our low
